Terms of Service
General
Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at any time. You will be held to the price and TOS agreed to upon the time of the Transaction.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
All artwork will be delivered digitally, to either your email, discord, messaging app we have communicated on or any combination there of, I am not, and will not, sell a physical product.
Timely communication is the essence of efficiently receiving your commission, but we are all people, to the best of your ability be timely with your responses, and understand that just as I will have patience with you, please have patience with me. Everyone has a life.
Payment
Payments will only be accepted throug PayPal.I require full upfront payment before starting your commission in all cases except comics and animations where payment can be discussed.Once I accept your commission I will send you a PayPal invoice due in 10 days, and will only begin working on your commission once payment is received. If the invoice is not paid, I will cancel the commission.
Workflow and Deadlines
You can check my queue at any point on the Trello board bellow which will show you where your art is in the queue. Occasionally, I will receive rush orders, which for extra pay receive priority, so if it feels like something is happening out of order, this is why someone may move in front of you in the queue.
You may recieve a time estimate while we are discussing your commission, but I will not give any concrete deadline until after I receive your payment. In general, once I receive your payment your commission will take about 2 business weeks (Mon-Friday 8am-4pm CST) but depending on the size of the commission this may vary, and will be communicated to you when we are discussing your commission.Once I begin working on your commission you will receive periodic progress updates, and are also entitled to request Work In Progress images whenever.You will receive the following updates at minimum :
- rough planning sketch
- clean sketch
- (if relevant) inked / linework
- (if relevant) flat colorsAt any point when receiving an update you are welcome to express changes you would like, more information about revisions in the following section.I will communicate as efficiently as possible, and will make sure you are aware if there are any delays / if I don't expect to meet the deadline provided at the start of the commission.
Versions and Revisions
Versions
For some commissions you may want multiple versions of essentially the same image (for example : Versions of an image where a character is and isn't holding an umbrella)
Each version will be charged a pro-rated price depending on difficulty of creating the versions and base price of the commission.The rule of thumb however is :
- Basic Changes (color changes, etc.): 10% base price
- Adding Props: 30% base price
- Adding Characters : 50% of base price
- Changing Background : 30-60% of base pricePlease let me know from the start if you are going to want multiple versions of an image so I can plan for it when illustrating.A 10% charge will be added for adding on versions after the commission was paid for.Revisions
At any point in the process when you receive Works in Progress you may request changes to the commission, however, there are some parameters :Any revision made during the rough sketch/planning stage is welcome.Any revision past that point must pertain to the "stage" that the image is at.
(For example, if I am coloring the image you may not ask that I change a character's pose.)
If you realize you do want a change in a previous stage you will be asked to pay a revisions fee of 15% of the commission price.To avoid this, when I send each version and ask if you are happy with me moving on to the next stage, please ensure you have considered this.However this does not apply to mistakes you may notice. (Such as noticing I have miscoloured your characters eyes once I'm shading).
Usage Policy
By default all art is sold for personal use only.If you are interested in using my art for commercial purposes,you may purchase a commercial licence for the artwork of 20% of the base commission cost.If you are interested in purchasing many commercial artworks please let me know and we may work together to find more nuanced pricing.
Refunds
You will only recieve a full refund if it is requested before I have begun work on your commission or I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason.
If you request a refund while the artwork is in progress a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work done.
No refunds will be issued once the work is complete.
Pricing Information
All prices listed below are guidelines, actual prices will be discussed upon contact.
Prices may change due to character complexity, request complexity, design complexity etc.Design Charge
All prices other than Reference Sheets assume pre-existing reffed characters. If you need me to design the character(s) that will be appearing in the commission there will be an extra charge of $20 per character that needs to be designed.This charge is also applied if you're commissioning a design of a custom character.Rush Payments
Most commissions will be done within about two weeks of payment being received, if you want your artwork to be finished as quickly as possible you can pay a rush payment of 25% of the base commission price to have the artwork finished within 48 hours of payment received (or the soonest possible as discussed before payment)

As you may notice, my art is available in a few styles, please select a style from the section below if you have a preference, note however, different styles may cost different amounts.

☆ Style Options ☆
Anime Painted
A style of smooth painted shading and complex colors. Can have more or less realistic fur.+ $5 to any price under 20$
+ $10 to any price over 20$
Clean Standard Anime
Crisp smooth lines with carefully considered line weight, cell and gradient shading or simple soft shading. Bright saturated colors.+ $5 to any price
Retro Cell Shaded
This style involves sharp shadow and lights as well as vibrant and sometimes non-literal colors and textured edges.No Additional Charge
Rough Oil Painting
A Rougher more 'impressionist' style with complex colors and shading. Can have realistic or stylized fur/feathers/scales.No Additional Charge
Soft Rough Painting
A simpler interpretation of the fully rendered anime style, this style has imperfectly blended colors and some roughness around the edges but remains very crisp and refined. Particularly suited for more refined or "aesthetic" options.+ 10% of price
Traditional Immitation
A combination of styles immitating a variety of traditional art styles, price and approach varies a bit depending on exact selected style.
Don't see something you'd like? Let me know, imitating traditional styles/mediums is something I really enjoy and am happy to try a new style.+10% - +20% (depends on commission) to base price.
Messy / Sketchy
Available with or without color, a style that is far rougher and intends to caputer the idea of an image or the impression of looseness.
Great choice for character designs if you want to capture the character without paying for a full illustration.- 20% of price with color
- 40% of price without color
☆ Drawings ☆
Bust
Illustration of no more than the shoulders and up of a character.Standard Price : 15$
Half Body
Images that include roughly 50% of the character, more than a bust which is shoulders and above but isn't quite a full body. Amount of legs visible can sometimes vary based on complexity of pose when you get close to the line between Half Body and Full Body.Standard Price : 30$
Fullbody
90% or more of the main character is visible. If you're commissioning a character design it will also be charged as a Fullbody (but with a design upcharge)Standard Price : 60$
Addons
A Variety of Addons can be selected and added.All Addon pricing takes the base price + style to figure percentage.Simple Background = +30%
Complicated Background = +60%
Extra Characters = +50%

Icon / Profile Picture
A Traditionally square image meant to be visible easily at low resolutions.Standard Price : $20
☆ Emojis ☆
Single Emojis / Stickers
One or a small few small exagerated images with a focus on emotion.Standard Price : $8 per image
Emoji Sheet /
Bulk Pricing
There is a discount for getting more than 6 emojis and a second discount for getting more than 12 emojis.6 or more = -10%
12 or more = -15%Limits apply to how many different characters can be counted in one bulk set.

☆ Comics ☆
Comics
Proper comics, with more than 4 panels, especially those that take up more than one page will be priced by project. An estimate will be provided before I start, however, I will sketch the comic before providing a final price and deadline, so that we can agree on layout and the images can be more accurately priced.
This may feel more effortful, but you are much more likely to receive accurate and fair prices with this approach.
Short Form Comics
Generally Comics with 4 or less pannels will be priced as multiple standard images, however, if you feel that doesn't suite your commission I am open to discussion about it.
☆ Animations ☆
Complex Animations
Unfortunately the effort and time for animation carries greatly per animation so this price will need to be discussed, however, as an estimate, standard is 8-20$ a second.
Simple Animation
Simpler animation with minimal movement or simple characters will also range a bit in price but is more stable.Standard Price : $40
☆ Creatures and Fakemon ☆
Fakemon (or similar)
The name says it all, designs of fakemon (or similar style creatures) based on your request. Available in any style.Price Varies by Creature Complexity
